Moochie Mac & Superfriends were crowned champions of Hard Rock Rising Singapore 2012. This puts MMSF in place to compete with the champions of the remaining Hard Rock Cafes for a chance to open for Bruce Springsteen in London. The overall champion will be decided via online voting. Moochie Mac & Superfriends will be launching their new album, Somerset Roppongi (Exclusive Japanese Release), which will feature 16 tracks on the 24th of August 2011. Somerset Roppongi (Exclusive Japanese Release) will feature all tracks from Ageha EP, Somerset Roppongi and will feature 2 new tracks. All tracks have been remastered in Japan.

This release will only be available in physical CD form and will be released in major stores in Japan and www.moochiemacsuperfriends.com. Somerset Roppongi (Exclusive Japanese Release) will be a limited edition release and there will only be 5000 copies out there. So look out for it Superfriends and don’t let this opportunity to get a collector’s item from MMSF slide away.

Following the release of MMSF’s latest album on the 24th of August will be a tour of Japan that will consist of Tokyo and Osaka. MMSF will be playing Sun Sui in Osaka on the 25th of August 2011 and Shinjuku Marz in Tokyo on the 27th of August 2011. See all you Superfriends there!!!

Two days after removing his wisdom teeth, Hayashi decided to do up a cover of a classic by The King of Pop. Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean. Not being able to smoke, drink or eat spicy food has taken a toll on Hayashi. Ok we lied, we saw him smoke. But, he didn’t drink though, which can be very difficult for him. Hei there Superfriends. A few nights ago, Hayashi and K-9 were at home watching the Liverpool Football Club game against West Brom. Both of them being crazy Liverpool fans were utterly disapointed by the result as Liverpool lost. They decided to have some drinks. Wait, did I say some? I meant quite a lot of drinks. This is the baby that was born as a result of a drunken night. Hope you enjoy their drunken cover of RHCP’s, Under the Bridge.
